At Sushme, we aim to provide a seamless and timely delivery experience. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we manage order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Shipping Timeline

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation message or call may be made to verify the order. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery Timeframes:
  • North India & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery is expected within 2–3 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • South India & Other Locations: Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Provider

We work with trusted logistics partners to provide reliable and efficient delivery services. Tracking details will be shared through the available communication channels once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all customers.

Order Confirmation

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders may be confirmed through a verification message or call before processing to ensure order authenticity.
2. Order Dispatch: A dispatch confirmation along with available tracking details will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

• When the Order Matches the Customer's Request: Return or exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
• When the Order is Incorrect or Damaged: If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, applicable return or exchange shipping costs will be borne by Sushme.

Delivery Restrictions

• Delivery is available across Pan-India.
• We currently do not support international shipping.

Delays in Shipping

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, operational issues, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may result in delivery delays.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed about the status of your order.
