Orders & Payments
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation after successfully placing an order.
- COD Verification: Cash on Delivery orders may be verified before they are processed or dispatched.
- Online Payment: Online payments are securely processed through the payment methods available during checkout.

Refunds:
Prepaid order refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through an available secure refund method.
Returns & Refunds
- Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Fees: A Return Fee of ₹100 or an Exchange Fee of ₹49 applies per order.
- Non-Returnable Products: Panties, shapewear, lingerie sets, stick-on bras, and pasties are non-returnable due to hygiene considerations.
- Free Products: Any complimentary products supplied with an order must be returned along with the main item where applicable. Failure to return them may result in an adjustment to the refund.
Shipping Policy
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours and delivered through our available courier partners.
- North India / Tier 1 Locations: Approximately 2–3 business days.
- South India: Approximately 5–7 business days.
User Conduct & Content
Offers & Promotions
Special offers may be limited to one per customer and may exclude products that are already discounted. Sushme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers where necessary.
